In January 2006 one Tsuga heterophylla 24" tall was planted by volunteers in Albert Kelly Park; that Hemlock tree is now six (6') feet tall and growing. Join with the Bridlemile Creek Stewards, students, parents, and neighbors to do some infill planting and if time allows remove a few invasive plant resprouts. See how this successful restoration project is progressing. Tools and refreshments will be provided. Dress for the weather. Note that this event qualifies students for Community Service hours.
