Building a Chicken TractorSaturday, February 3rd, 11am-4pmJoin Russ Romas, TLC Farm's resident carpentry wizard, in creating small, easily moveable chicken coops that allow your hens to turn and fertilize the soil before or after your crops are in the ground. You will help build a number of chicken tractors for TLC Farm, and come away with a solid understanding of how to construct one for your own flock! We will cover basic carpentry and project design techniques, tool usage, and chicken housing requirements. An instructions handout will be available for you to take home. The workshop will be held in the historic barn, so dress warm! Bring your own snacks and work-gloves. Fee: $0-15 sliding scale
