Many in the community would support reuse options including:

* Development of mixed-income housing
* Use of the site as an educational facility
* Use of the site as a community space and open space

Many in the community would not support reuse options including:

* Commercial/retail development
* Office development

Many in the community were concerned about:

* Potential traffic impacts associated with reuse
* Potential noise impacts associated with reuse
