SW Coronado ROW
This unpaved section of SW Coronado is a 50-foot wide public right-of-way containing a footpath. Some neighbors have expressed interest in developing a safer trail on the right-of-way; others have expressed opposition to trail improvements. Oregon Revised Statute (ORS) 105.668, passed in 2011 allows for reduction of liability to landowners living adjacent to a city-permitted right-of-way trail. City employees from several bureaus have visited the site. The Bureau of Transportation will take the lead if a process does take place to determine whether a formal trail should be built, the permits that would be necessary, and the best alignment.
