Motions
CW motioned to approve minutes of last meeting, September 8, 2009. It was approved.
Officer Caspar Comcast door to door salesman. Best thing to do don’t answer door. Don’t give them checks or cash. Have alarms checked for false alarm risks. Golf clubs stolen out of car port. Mail boxes vandalized in Stephenson area. Bikes stolen near Orchard Hill area. Bail fines for traffic went up.
Farm Breakfast 17th $10-20 suggested donation
Public Safety (NH) Police reception October 27 at 7 pm.
NET Ham radio drill went well. Checked in all Portland NET. Rigging and rope training coming soon. Staging area is Stephenson School.
Parks South Waterfront progressing.
Transportation Photos sent to Elizabeth Mahon. The city did a gravel sweep upon request.
New Business New neighbor is Wooley house. 2nd new neighbor on 34th.
Land Use Letter sent for Lewis & Clark expansion. Traffic study performed and sent to neighborhood by courier. Record open until November 2nd.
