Our meetings are coordinated through SWNI (Southwest Neighborhoods, Inc.) but open to anyone with an interest in improving SW Portland's Emergency Preparedness. There are no residency nor NET-certification requirements. Earthquakes respect no political boundaries nor training certification status.

We need 43 people to participate in the exercise, with an additional 3 people that have their HAM license, and 5 more people to play “victims.â€
