Description: Bob Ochs of the Bureau of Technology Services of the City of Portland will speak about the proposed new/replacement communications tower that is to replace the current one on Council Crest. Although not in Bridlemile the tower is visible from most of the neighbor hood. Victor will talk about in progress and pending changes and improvements for the BNA website. Description: Please join with the Bridlemile Creek Stewards and other volunteers to help maintain this stream restoration project by planting new native plants, removing blackberry, clemantis, ivy and other invasive plant resprouts, see how this successful restoration project is progressing. Tools and refreshments will be provided. Dress for the weather. Note that this event qualifies students for Community Service hours. Sunday, March 4, 2007

Description: Please help BCS's friends and partners in creek restoration at the St. Andrews Environmental Mission Project do planting and maintenance work on their restoration project in the St. Andrews Parking lot. This work improves the habitat for Restoration Creek which flows through Stonebrook and then Albert Kelly Park. |
