The largest Paella dinner in Oregon! Utilizing a 5' paella pan with a capacity of serving over 300 people, this fundraiser for Hillsdale Main Street and the Neighborhood House Food Box Program will put Hillsdale on the foodie map! Local Portland chef, Greg Higgins of Higgins Restaurant and Bar will once again bring his own creative culinary “touches” to the Hillsdale version of this international classic!
