Marianne Fitzgerald, the chair of the Southwest Neighborhood Inc. will discuss the status of the Halo LID.

Celebrate all the great things the Creek Stewards did such as: naming the stream at Hamilton Park; improving water quality for the Bridlemile Neighborhood; building productive partnerships with St. Andrews Church, Bureau of Environmental Services (BES), and other groups and volunteers throughout SW Portland. The Bridlemile Neighborhood Association has scheduled a walk to celebrate the 100th birthday of Multnomah Village. Get some exercise and learn some history!

The Bridlemile Creek Stewards partner with SOLV's "Down By The Riverside" event to help Oregon's rivers, streams and lakes. Join us to help remove invasive species, and tour the model restoration site with the Creek Stewards. Free native plants. This event qualifies for Community Service Hours. Dress for the weather. Tools will be provided, but bring your favorite gardening gloves.

Mary Nolan Representative of District 36 in the Oregon Legislature and Bridlemile resident had to cancel for April, will try to schedule her again for future meeting.

Representatives from PDOT, Otak, the neighborhood, and others will talk about the Hamilton Halo LID opportunity, answers questions, and listen to your concerns and suggestions regarding the proposed Hamilton Halo LID pilot project.

Come on an interpretative tour and learn about how native plants are being used to maintain healthy streams and habitat along Bridlemile Creek. Habitat that supports trillium, red-tail hawks, frogs, towering firs and hemlocks, and which helps support cutthroat trout and clean water further down in Fanno Creek too.
