Citizen Proposal for Hoot Owl Corner Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Design Concept
Recently, citizens approached Southwest Neighborhoods, Inc. with a proposal to make safety improvements at the intersection known as "Hoot Owl Corner": the intersection of SW Capitol Highway, SW 30 and SW Vermont.
