2019 Emergency Preparedness Fair

Are You Ready?
At the Fair you’ll find lots of information to help you prepare for emergencies.
Neighborhood Emergency Teams (NETs) will have preparedness demonstrations, water safety information, pet safety tips, and crowd safety/active shooter information. Door prizes, free samples and instructional knot tying will be featured too!
Presentations will be held in Room 10 of the Multnomah Arts Center
- 12 pm – American Red Cross Prepare! presentation
- 1:15 pm – Portland Water Bureau will discuss the vulnerability of Portland’s water supply system in the event of an emergency.
- 2:30 pm – William Burgel will present ‘Neighborhood Geology and Earthquake Risk’.
Also in attendance: American Red Cross, Andy and Bax, Cascadia Quake Kits, Costco, NW Natural Gas, NW Seismic, Oregon Humane Society, Portland Fire & Rescue, Franz Bakery Grilled Cheese Machine food truck.
