From the Bylaws of the HNA: “The HNA is organized to provide a balanced and open process by which all Members of the neighborhood can involve themselves in the affairs of the community in a courteous and respectful manner by sharing information and ideas and organizing for the betterment of the community.”

7:20 p.m.  Mark Dane, Mark Dane Planning:  Development within the Hillsdale Triangle at 6014 SW 18th Drive.

7:45 p.m.  SW Corridor Project: Light-Rail Alignment. Discussion on Hillsdale impacts.

8:45 p.m.  Creation of Bylaws Committee

Motion submitted by Adam Light on 6/22/18


  1. Resolve at the July 11 meeting to form a Bylaws Committee and issue a call for all interested parties to participate.
  2. Resolve at the July 11 meeting to hold a special meeting in September where the Bylaws Committee and the Board will listen to neighborhood input on changes to the bylaws.
  3. Publicize a call for interested parties to join the Bylaws Committee and for neighborhood residents to participate in the September special meeting. At a minimum: communicate the above resolutions in the formal meeting minutes for July and announce them on Next Door and by e-mail to the HNA Members mailing list.
  4. Appoint members of the Bylaws Committee at the September 5 HNA meeting based on response to your July announcement; charge the Bylaws Committee with electing its own chair and conducting the September special meeting.
