To advocate for safe and healthy Parks and Community Centers in the Hillsdale Neighborhood and SWNI Neighborhoods in common parks and greenspaces.

Goals

Bring forward member concerns related to parks and community centers

Advocate for equitable access to parks and community centers

Assist in protection and restoration of greenways and natural areas

Participate in Parks plans, budgets, and staff.

Action

Engage in Parks Budget process

Move to initiate with other neighborhoods a city-wide Budget discussion

Hold quarterly Hillsdale Parks Committee meetings and site visits.
