Hillsdale Town Center Plan (1997)

The Hillsdale Town Center is one of 13 regionally-defined town centers in the Portland Metropolitan region.

The Hillsdale Town Center Plan is the result of several years of effort, first by the Hillsdale Vision Group and later by the Hillsdale Steering Committee. Between 1993 and 1997, these groups worked diligently with local residents, businesses, commercial property owners, public agencies, and private consultants to create a vision for Hillsdale to carry the area into the 21st century…. The Hillsdale Town Center Plan contains a vision statement, policies, objectives, and action charts.

Hillsdale Town Center Phased Development Strategy (2009)

This document describes a series of actions to improve the function and appearance of the town center, both in the near- and long-term. Taken together, these physical changes should significantly increase access to and use of the town center. Most were designed to be implemented incrementally and much of the responsibility for implementation rests on the shoulders of the citizens of Hillsdale.
