The Southwest Neighborhoods, Inc. (SWNI) board establishes committees and rules that set forth the responsibilities and authorities of the committees. Committee chairs are appointed by the SWNI board president. Recognized neighborhood and business associations may designate a voting delegate to each SWNI committee.
